It's been 9 months since I last posted. That's a long time.
But here I am and a lot has happened in the past 9 months.
I'm not going to fill you in on all of that, but I am going to fill you in on a few new things.
#1 (I freaking love lists): I have a new fabric line with Robert Kaufman Fabrics releasing in just a few days, August 11 to be exact. By releasing I mean the cat (I didn't even plan that pun, but I'm liking it) will be let out of the bag. While I can't show you any pictures of yardage or finished projects, except this:
I can tell you that this line features beautiful, hand dyed prints many of which you've loved (hint, hint) in my online store. Also, this fabric is produced in much the same way I make it, but on a larger scale.
This has been in the works since last summer and it has taken all my willpower to keep it to myself.
#2: I'll be a vendor again this year at both The International Quilt Festival in Houston this fall and at QuiltCon in Pasadena, California next February. I'll be selling loads of fabric, both the kind I produce in my garage and, at QuiltCon, the kind Kaufman produces in theirs, as well as all my quilt patterns, both new and old.

#3: I have a cat. You would have never guessed, right?
Everyone, this is Otis. Otis, this is everyone.
It's long and complicated story as to how I, an avowed, life-long dog lover and cats, not so much, have fallen in love with this guy, but, he has me wrapped around one, if not all, of his furry, little paws. So much so that I have essentially devoted my return blog post to him.
But, there you have it. You never know what tomorrow may bring.
